Dr. J. Sam Sage is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Dentistry and received post-doctorate training through the university's General Practice Residency. This additional training, carried out at various clinics and hospitals in the Seattle area, provided Dr. Sage with experience in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, sedation dentistry and the care of physically and mentally compromised patients. In Dental School he received the AAOMS Award for Outstanding Achievements and Performance in Undergraduate Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Sage grew up in the coastal town of Ocean Shores, WA. After graduating from high school he attended Arizona State University where he met his wife Becky. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, snowboarding, hiking, and supporting local sports teams (especially the Seahawks). Dr. Sage and Becky (who works at Microsoft) have lived in Seattle for 6 years and have fallen in love with the city.
Helping patients obtain optimal oral health is Dr. Sage's top priority. He believes that empowering the patient through education is essential to reaching that goal and accordingly, makes himself readily available for patient consultation. The goal is that every patient feels that their needs and desires have been taken into account and that they feel good about the treatment they received.
