Late Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

To provide the highest quality care and respect the time of all our patients and team members, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policy.

Appointment Changes & Cancellations

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Hygiene Appointments:
    Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a $75 late cancellation fee.
  • Doctor Appointments:
    Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a $150 late cancellation fee.
  • Extended or Specialized Doctor Appointments:
    Longer appointments scheduled with the doctor (such as procedures requiring reserved chair time) may be subject to a higher late cancellation fee due to the significant time reserved.

Late Arrivals

Patients arriving up to 15 minutes late may be subject to a $15 late arrival fee.

If we are unable to accommodate a late arrival due to scheduling constraints, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and a late cancellation fee may apply.

No-Show Appointments

Appointments missed without notice may be subject to the applicable late cancellation fee and may impact the ability to schedule future appointments.

Acknowledgment

These fees are not covered by insurance and are the patient’s responsibility. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide timely, high-quality care to all patients.
