Northgate is a natural home for us. Our new address at 11066 5th Ave NE is just off I-5, a short walk from the Northgate light rail station, and has ample parking on both sides of the building.

Dr. Sam Sage
Dr. Sage grew up in Ocean Shores, WA, where his mother's career as a dental hygienist first sparked his passion for the field. He went on to earn his dental degree from the University of Washington School of Dentistry and completed a General Practice Residency at UW, gaining advanced training in pediatric dentistry, anesthesia, and complex care. A graduate and mentor at the Kois Center and a graduate of the Ickert Training Center Implant Continuum, Dr. Sage founded Sage Family Dentistry to create a truly comprehensive, judgment-free dental home for patients of all backgrounds and needs.

Dr. Caitlin Kemper
Dr. Kemper brings a depth of training and genuine enthusiasm for dentistry that patients notice right away. She earned her DMD from UNLV School of Dental Medicine and completed advanced training through UCLA's AEGD program, with a focus on surgical, cosmetic, restorative, and preventive care. Kois-trained and committed to continuing education, Dr. Kemper relocated to Seattle from Los Angeles and is excited to put down roots in the Pacific Northwest. She joined Sage Family Dentistry because she shares the same belief that exceptional care starts with real relationships.
